Shown is our specially designed double-action hydraulic press brake. The sole purpose of this machine is to form the required radius for the trailing edge of control surfaces, such as rudders and trim tabs. Photos show Piper Aircraft PA-24 Comanche stabilator trim we manufacture.
NOTE: this skin is no longer available from Piper. Our skin exactly duplicates the PA-24 specs. Our prices are lower because of the equipment we use. We save you money and reduce turn-around time.

Corrugated control skin with exact dimensional integrity is perfectly aligned on our unique Control Corrugation Alignment Table (patent pending). We disassemble, inspect, clean, etch, prime and paint to reconstruct your control surfaces using new 2024-T3 skin to match manufacturer's specs. Why buy an old, salvaged part when you can get a beautifully rebuilt part with a Form 337 for the same cost?

Illustrated is a rebuilt cowl for a 1947 Cessna 120. Major dents removed. Original material patched where appropriate, reformed to OEM specs. Cowl assembled, primed and painted to customer color. Special expertise in curved surfaces, corrugated skin manufacture, aluminum and fiberglass.

If you have damaged parts, instead of discarding them, save your money. Let us refurbish them. We handle Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, Mooney, etc. Core trade ins welcomed.

Corroded elevator, as received. Everything remanufactured except leading edge at same cost that a salvaged elevator of unknown quality would have cost. Many parts no longer available but we can build/remanufacture to Cessna specs. Note round control surfaces and skin to Cessna specs. All parts are glass beaded and etch-primed prior to assembly. Control surface alignment is performed on our patented alignment machine. Many other parts are in stock for quick turnaround.

This rudder had much hidden corrosion. We remanufactured everything except the leading edge at the same cost a salvaged rudder of unknown quality would have cost. E-mail us with your interest or question and we'll call you back to discuss your particular needs and make recommendations.
