Our Expertise:
Shown is our specially designed double-action hydraulic press brake. The sole purpose of this machine is to form the required radius for the trailing edge of control surfaces, such as rudders and trim tabs. Photos show Piper Aircraft PA-24 Comanche stabilator trim we manufacture.
Remanufacturing:
This rudder had much hidden corrosion. We remanufactured everything except the leading edge at the same cost a salvaged part of unknown quality would have cost. E-mail us with your interest or question and we'll call you back to discuss your particular needs and make recommendations.

Recreating:
Corroded elevator, as recieved, everything remanufactured except leading edge at the same cost that a salvaged elevator of unknown quality would have cost. Many parts which are no longer available can be built/remanufactured to factory specs. All parts are glass beaded and etched-primed prior to assembly. Many other parts are in stock for quick turnaround.

Restoration:
Illustrated is a rebuilt cowl for a 1947 Cessna 120. Major dents were removed. Original material was patched where appropriate, and reformed to OEM specs. Cowl was assembled, primed and painted to customer's color. We have special expertise in curved surfaces, corrugated skin manufacture, aluminum and fiberglass.
Corrugated control skin with exact dimensional integrity is perfectly aligned on our unique control corrugation table (patent pending). We disassemble, inspect, clean, etch, prime and paint to reconstruct your control surfaces using new 2024-T3 skin to match manufactures specs. Why buy an old salvaged part when you can get a beautifully rebuilt part with a form 337 for the same cost?
